Those of you who live in NYC may have seen Time Out's latest issue on the newsstands.
It turns out that phone number is real. Listen to some of the insane voicemails Julia's getting right here. My favorite is the guy who says, "I just wanted to know if I could impregate you." (Though this is New York—so it sounds more like "impregnatechew.")
