Way back in the early days of this blog, I received a press release about how your pizza-topping preferences relate to your compatibility... And now Starbucks is getting in on the action, as they ask guys "Is She Your Type?"—based on your drink of choice.  They write:

• Is she sophisticated and sassy like Caffé Americano? Driven and progressive, this lady is the leader of her book club, a world traveler and a businesswoman. She is rich in love and full of passion.
• Is she a multi-tasker like Caffé Latte? This woman plays many roles while still satisfying her man. She can be a professional in the morning and a mother in the evening. She’s spread thin, but she doesn’t mind.
• Is she popular and delightful like Caffé Mocha? Like one of Starbucks's most popular beverages, her friends, family and colleagues describe her as a “treat.” Thus, the Caffè Mocha, full of rich espresso combined with bittersweet mocha syrup, steamed milk and capped with a cloud of whipped cream, is the perfect chocolately treat for you. She is the woman loved by all. She’s exciting, she’s spontaneous and she doesn’t mind being one of the guys.

Boy, come to think of it, that oh-so-insightful analysis reminds me of the good old days when I wrote horoscopes for a teeny-bopper Web site: "You will wear a purple shirt today!"  Yeah, that's the ticket...  "And then your crush will pass you a note in Spanish class!"  "And, um, and then your shoe will come untied!"
