Three-Minute AbsSex
A coworker just e-mailed me this article about a new sex study: "A survey of sex therapists concluded the optimal amount of time for sexual intercourse was 3 to 13 minutes." But, keep in mind, the article says that does not count foreplay time. In other words, the article is called "Sex takes 3 to 13 minutes, study says." It is not called "Good sex takes 3 to 13 minutes, study says."
(Nearly 80 percent of women need foreplay to orgasm. If Tracey Cox has told you once, she's told you a thousand times. So when the article starts, "Maybe men had it right all along: It doesn't take long to satisfy a woman in bed," it's a bit misleading.)
But here's the part that stood out to me:
"There are so many myths in our culture of what other people are doing sexually," [clinical psychologist Marianne] Brandon said. "Most people's sex lives are not as exciting as other people think they are."

LOL, well, sometimes good sex does fall into the 3-13-minute category, but for the most part, it's gonna take at least 15 just to warm up! ;)
I believe woman STILL need romance along with sex. Men are happy with their 3-13 minutes, that's fine, however woman would not mind as much if they got a little romance along with it.
